The colors of the Jungle are all around me

So I decided to make a picture for my heading on my blog, I have had the idea in my mind for a long time but I just never had the time to do it.  I finally was able to sit down and take the time to do it yesterday.  When I finished and was proud and pleased with my picture I closed the computer with a satisfied sigh.  Well this morning, more like this dawn lol, I decided to share the outfit I used for the image because I just love it so much.  I honestly do not want to take it off because I feel that it represents some of my personalities.  The outfit is casual but chic.  I honestly love everything  about it.  You can not go wrong with this simple but lovely mix and match.

I got bit by a snake

I want to apologize for not making a post sooner, I have been very sick in RL and have had some hardships in SL.  My path in the jungle of mode has made a detour I did not expect.  I know there are things I can not control, I just hope that on this new path there will be better and more exciting things.  I still don't have any fabulous pictures with amazing finds for you today but today I just want to say I am sorry for my delays on keeping you up to date in this jungle I find myself in.  I do have to say that it does take you on paths I did not expect to be on.  I have come to learn this  the easy way and as well as the hard way.  On this journey I have met very beautiful  people on both the inside and out, but unfortunately there are some where the beauty is only on the outside.  No matter what obstacles, wether good or bad, easy or difficult,  we have to keep walking forward,(or running lol) as long as we do it because it makes us happy and we feel it is the right thing to do.  I hope that who ever reads this and they are struggling  or feel wronged, that they do not give up. There is so much more good then bad in RL and SL.  Some times it may not seem that way but we have to remember that it is only the bad that gives us a wake up call to the harsh realities.  As long as we continue forward in our journey, we will make it.  It will not be easy of course, but then if we expect it to be then we are fooling ourselves.  We have to keep our mind and body straight for our goals.  I know at times there will be that beautiful flower ( whatever it is for you) that will distract you or end up trying to hurt you from reaching your goals, just know that you just have to keep going.  We are human and we all make mistakes.  It is what we do with those mistakes that makes us who we are.

I hope I did not sound to preachy lol but I just have had some wake-up calls on my journey and I felt that I needed to share, because at some point we forget and need a wake up call.  We need that reminder from time to time wether from a friend, stranger, and or experience.

If you take anything away from this, is to stay confident in yourself, we all make mistakes, we all get a slap in the face (wether literally or figuratively) from time to time, but that is part of life.  Just don't make it hurt you that you feel you can't keep going because you can, each one of us has the strength to continue to what makes us happy. No one can take that away from you, unless you let them.  Don't be afraid to let out a roar from time to time.  Show them the lion inside you  that can conquer this jungle.   

It's Snowing in the Jungle

A Gracious Cat

Okay so Today I want to share, that my amazing friend Catlyn Sahara is so kind and giving.  Well when I found that she nor I had won, we were both feeling kind of sad.  Catlyn decided to give me a consolation prize lol.  Do you want to know what it was?  Well I will tell you no matter lol.  She bought me the N-Core Galaxy Heels.  I have always wanted a pair of N-Core shoes but never seemed to get around to picking out a pair and just buying them. I think they are so sexy and stylish. Well here is a picture I took of the shoes Cat bought me.   Isn't she the best !!!!

Taking time to enjoy the trees

Well, I have decided to post some of my older pictures that I have.  I keep procrastinating on taking some more pictures, not that I do not want to share with you it just seems there is so much to do.  I promise I will do it soon but my plate seems to be full lately and some days there is even more then I thought, but I promise as soon as I am able I will share some great finds and items I own that I just love and want to share with you.  For now I will show you a couple of things that I have ready.  I won't do it all in one post because that would be to much I think lol.  Sorry If some of the images are not that wonderful to you, so far I have done all my own photos.  I know with practice I will get much better and learn some more tricks.

 I can not believe that I forgot about this.  I was asked to model for a shoot for one of the In the Flash pieces from Finesmith Jewlery.  Unfortunatly the images did not come out so well and the jewlery was not standing out as much as the designer wanted so they could not be used :(.  But thats ok I know I was originally chosen  to model for the piece.  That thought brings me great confidence that I really am a great model.

The Wild is so Aesthetically Pleasing

Today was an interesting day for me inworld.  I actually had not planned to be in world but fate seemed to be on my side once again. As manager for FineSmith Designs I was invited to watch and support a showing for FineSmith Jewlery displayed by O.G.   What I expected was the same walk down the catwalk but on a different and exciting stage.  Today I was in for a treat for the show was of a jewlery box filled with ballerinas.  Each time the box opened to show three ballerinas they wore different FineSmith Jewlery.  It was so lovely.  The display was stunning and creative.  It never ceases to amaze me as to how many ways you can wear FineSmith Jewelry.  The makeup was provided by Lovely.  It was so beautiful I was left speechless.  All I could say was wow, amazing, gorgeous, stunning and beautiful.  Ok maybe not speechless but I was so impressed that I know this experience will stay with me for a very long time.  If you get a chance you must see a showing by O.G. for it truly is one of a kind.  I look forward to seeing more creative and delightful shows by them.
